    CLPR 1.0 is the public web release at https://clpr.tv.

    • Discover and play Twitch clips, search the public catalog, save favorites and playlists, and submit clips for moderation.
    • Trending now measures recent observed engagement across rolling periods, including older clips receiving new attention. The interface identifies estimated view growth and incomplete tracking history.
    • Accounts are free. Optional Patreon support does not change account features, and paid enrollment has been retired.
    • This release repairs Discover navigation, empty collections, imported-clip search, and missing search playback/category metadata.

    Qualification: the exact commit passed the authoritative Gitea source-convergence and immutable-candidate workflows. The browser contract covers Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit. Each application image was scanned, signed, and signature-verified by the immutable workflow; the attached supply-chain archive contains the digest manifest, scans, SBOMs, and signature records.

    Native mobile clients, stream clip extraction, CDN mirroring, live feed, and watch parties remain outside the supported 1.0 scope. Recent-engagement history starts when tracking was enabled; older history is not fabricated.
