Production roadmap implementation in progress.

• 10 guided launch templates and step-by-step prompts
• AVFoundation 1080p camera recording plus equal Photos-library import, prompt overlays, focus/exposure, torch, zoom, stabilization, microphone control, and retake review
• GRDB-backed local projects, relative media paths, recovery records, and a durable sync outbox
• durable, non-destructive clip trim points, user-controlled assembly order, and cuts/crossfades

Quick start

Linux verification currently checks repo structure/docs/Open Pilot templates and skips Xcode-only tests with a note.

With Node 22 and pnpm 11 installed, it also typechecks and tests the backend and moderation console. Install dependencies with pnpm install --frozen-lockfile.

On macOS, make ios-test executes the simulator suite and make archive-check validates an unsigned Release archive. A free Xcode Personal Team can install the app on your own iPhone for physical testing; TestFlight and App Store distribution require paid Apple Developer Program membership.

For the local physical qualification build, set OBC_DEVELOPMENT_TEAM and OBC_DEVICE_ID only in your shell and run make ios-device-qa. The repeatable checklist is in docs/codebase/DEVICE_QUALIFICATION.md.

This repository keeps the base Open Pilot issue template and PR template.

Agent-ready issues must include:

• clear acceptance criteria
• explicit out-of-scope notes
